How is my payment processed?

Renatablau.com uses Stripe, a well-established, secure, credit card payment gateway service to process your credit card payment.

Albeit my website being completely secure, by utilizing SSL AES 256 Bit Military Grade Encryption, no information is stored on this website. Your details are yours.

Which credit/debit cards do you accept?

We accept the following credit and debit cards:

Why do I need to pay a deposit?

Upon booking, you can select to pay in full or to pay a deposit up front. The deposit ensures that your booking takes place and that both parties, you and I are committed to the date and time you selected.

Can I request for a return of the deposit?

The deposit guarantees me that you are committed to us working together. However, things happen in life. I totally understand that.

If something pops up and you would like to postpone your photo shoot, just reach out to me and we will clarify. No problem.

However if you decide to cancel – here are my cancellation policies:

  • Cancel up to 10 days in advance – full return of deposit
  • Cancel 7 days in advance – return of 75% of deposit
  • Cancel 5 days in advance – return 50% of deposit
  • Cancel 3 days in advance – return 25% of deposit
  • Cancel under 3 days – no return of deposit

What is the cancellation policy?

If you have paid in full, I will return the difference between the deposit and the total price immediately. However, the remaining deposit sum is as follows:
